Idéalement situé au cœur de la ville de Lisbonne, proche de tous commerces, restaurants, cafés, pâtisseries etc. et très bien desservi par un important réseau de transports en commun, ce charmant appartement d'une parfaite propreté est le point de départ privilégié pour partir à  la découverte des pittoresques quartier du Bairro Alto ou du Chiado. Si vous préférez un moment de détente au milieu de la verdure, vous apprécierez la sérénité du jardin du Principe Real. Si j’ajoute à tout ceci l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mario de Fadoflats, je peux que recommander la location de cet appartement à qui souhaite s’immerger dans le cœur historique de la capitale portugaise.

Bem no centro da cidade, bem comunicado, o salaozinho é pequeno, mas o apartamento é uma gracinha!

The location in Lisbon in Principe Real 1 was very nice. We - me and my boyfriend - enjoyed our time in the flat and the city. I can't say anything was wrong with the flat, just little things.
I would definitely check in a "Fado flat" again:-)

I went to Lisbon for a long weekend with mt family. It was their first time in the city and I wanted it to be an unforgettable experience. We arrived very late at night and I was worried about what we were going to find in this Chiado 1 apartment. We all were very surprised when we saw Mário waiting for us with a big smile in his face. The apartment is placed in one of the most beautiful and colorful parts of Lisbon. It is well-equipped and it has everything you may need to enjoy your stay. Everything in the apartment is warm and cosy! During the day you can walk through the streets around the apartment and at night you can also find a lot of restaurants and typical bars where you can savour the extraordinary Portuguese food. I really liked everything and I am pretty sure that I will be back in Lisbon, in the same Chiado apartment, very soon.

This appartment is really good. I have been so surprised about it location. It's very comfortable, clean and full of natural light, with beautiful sight over Lisbon and perfectly situated. You can walk from it to all the most important and touristic places in the city.

Appartement très bien situé, au calme, près de la place Principe Real, proche des restaurants et de la vie nocturne du Bairro Alto.
Très propre et bien aménagé avec vue sur Lisbonne.
