Booking your apartment with FadoFlats is easy and secure:

1 - Click on the flat you have chosen and check if it is available for the period you want;
2. Send an email to booking@fadoflats.pt to book the apartment, indicating number of days, number of guests and presence of pets (if applicable);
3 - You will receive an email back with a bank account number where you should transfer approximately 25% of the total amount (please note all bank commissions are of your responsibility). The flat will provisionally be reserved under your name for 72 hours and that information will be displayed on the Web page;
4 - Send an email to booking@fadoflats.pt attaching copy of the bank transference document and your personal data: name, address and ID card number; The flat will be booked under your name.

When doing the check in you must pay the due balance for the whole staying. We also have to collect the City Tax (if no changes in the future, 4 euros per night per person 13yo or older, maximum 28 euros per person).

In case of cancelation the following conditions will apply:

1 - If cancelation occurs 30 or more days before arrival: there will be no cost and the prepaid reservation will be returned to you;
2 - If cancelation occurs between 30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total prepaid reservation will be charged;
3 - If cancelation occurs between 15 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total prepaid reservation will be charged;
4 - If cancelation occurs less 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total prepaid reservation will be charged.

Please remember check in ends at midnight.
Our clients are valued and we aim to build a trustful and close relationship with them. In that spirit we do not charge a security deposit.
We do not charge any other extra fees neither, except a 20 euros late check in fee for arrivals after 9PM.
Please remember to bring cash for paying due balance and City Tax when checking in.

We remind our guests the maximum amount that can be withdraw in an ATM in Portugal is of 400 euros a day (200€+200€).
