Chiado 1 is located at Travessa Joao de Deus, 12, 2, in the desirable Chiado area. The heart of Lisbon, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town.
Within minutes walking distance you will find all types of restaurants, fado houses, luxury shops, latest fashion bars, clubs, neighbourhood grocery stores and small cafes.
Within 3 to 5 minutes walk you will find the National Theatre, the City Hall Theatre, Trindade Theatre and the Opera House, as well as Baixa/Chiado Metro Station and the famous 28 tram stops.
Railway station to Sintra is also a 3 minute walk.
Railway station to Estoril/Cascais is 10 minutes walking distance.

Chiado 1 is an elegant 2 bedrooms apartment in a building dated from the year 2000.
Decoration is refined, some how minimalist, but very cozy.
Bedrooms are very comfortable with built in closets. The living room is spacious with a separated dinning area. Kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use.
